  1. When a B2B customer orders, you cannot see the company name in the order summary. Neither under "General" nor under the details in "Shipping". The company name is extremely important, especially for the delivery address. Also when transferring to the shipping service provider.

  4. Add information just like "customer group", "company name" and "vat id" to the order details. To get those kind of information you currently need to open the customer record itself.

  5. There are companies in our customer base that have several buyers. However, the voucher can only be redeemed once per company, regardless of how many buyers this company has. This means that not every customer should be able to use the voucher once, but only each company once in total.

    In the Shopware 6 customer list there is no field that displays a company name for a customer. As a shop operator, you must therefore know which private name belongs to which company. The field Company / Company name is also not in the list of fields that can be added. But even if it were, the setting would not be saved.

  8. We have plenty addresses for a account in big companies, because we import all addresses according to the company, that user can select into there account. Often there are 200-300 addresses. So there is a need to have an search field for searching the company name, street, zip code, country and an individual programmed customer number field for each address.

  9. It must also be possible to change the shipping method and payment method later in the admin.

    A scenario that occurs again and again and must be possible.

    Example:
    A customer orders online (prepayment and DHL shipping). However, the customer now comes to us directly. Now we need to be able to change the customer's payment method and shipping method in the store backend as an admin.

    Or I have to change the shipping method for a company order from DHL to freight forwarding.

  10. As a merchant I want to have the possibility to restrict the product view & price display (VAT) depending on if the customer is a private one or a company.
    This should be already possible on the homepage, preferably without just a login screen.

  13. For B2B shops, often Users are irrelevant, since companies are the customers in that cases. It would be nice, if you could create customers not only on a user level, but also on company level.

    Currently Users are used as placeholders, which still requires information such as first and lastname, which does not make sense for a company. This placeholder user also gets a placeholder first- and lastname which then pops up in the storefront everywhere.

  14. If you also want to use Shopware to integrate the company website (with integrated shop/product catalog) with a large number of different content pages, there is the problem that you first have to create a layout for each page.

    It should be possible to create new or duplicated (from existing) layouts faster.

    This could be one or two buttons in the category which do the following

    A) "create new layout for this category and assign"
    B) "copy layout of this category to a new category and assign to the category"

  15. Currently there is no way to export product reviews from Shopware. This prevents us from using this very valuable data throughout the company.

    We need an export function for product reviews because it allows shop owners to efficiently analyze customer feedback, identify trends, and improve products and services. This feature also helps with marketing and compliance, making it easier to share insights across all departments and stakeholders.

  16. Authorities should be handled as B2B customers, but they don't have a VAT-ID. So, it's currently impossible to register a new account for authorities and have vat-id validation turned on.

    It would be nice to have a third option besides "private" and "company", which would be a B2B account without a VAT-ID, while "company" would still be validated for a correct VAT-ID.

  17. Currently it is not possible for debtors to use their usual company credentials to log in into the B2B Suite. If they could, this would increase the adaption rate and ease up the process working with the Suite.

  18. In B2B context, companies can buy products as gifts. Up to 50€ per person and year can be gifted taxfree.

    It would be great, if Shopware offers this gift functionality including a certificate upload (proof) and a reporting function, that gives the company an overview of the gifts of a specific time range.

    Advanced Google Ads Conversion from Google requires at least the email address on the finish page for this to be activated.

    Hence my wish to display the order email address on the finish page.
    This wouldn't have any other advantage: We have customers who logged in with the wrong email or an email from a colleague at the company and are surprised that they don't receive an order confirmation.   20. The maximum amount of the bulk edit for orders is set to 100.
    It is not possible to process more than 100 orders at the same time, but this is an important function for larger and medium-sized companies that have a high volume of orders per day.
    In Shopware 5 it was already possible to process more than 100 orders via the bulk edit, so it would also be an essential change for Shopware 6 to make this possible up to 250, for example.
